Neurology appointment

Maybe I should say neurology disappointment. Most of you know that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about a year ago now. I have had a hard time for the last few years. This wasn't what I wanted to hear. One thing about fibromyalgia is that there is no definite test for it. This spring I started having a lot of trouble with dizziness, confusion, slight memory loss, weakness, and feeling disoriented. Because of those symptoms I saw a neurologist. He did a full work up on me with all sorts of tests and found nothing new. The only thing he found abnormal was one lab, which has been abnormal in the past. One characteristic of fibromyalgia is to have that lab value elevated without having an explanation. So now I have two doctors who have said that I have fibromyalgia. I was hoping to get a solution instead of just the same problem I went in with. I am not a patient person and I want things to be solved but I guess this is my life lesson that I have to be patient. I have to take it just one day at a time and figure out from one day to the next what my limits are. It is just frustrating at times to feel like crap all the time. Anyway, that is me venting!! My new post will be more fun. We all went to Silverwood, a theme park and water park, on Saturday. More to come on that later...
