I have a grateful heart today

I just have to say that living so close to so many of my kids grandparents and aunts and uncles is such a blessing. I absolutely love that they get to know their extended family so well. It is so great that they will have fun and loving memories of their time with them. I love to see my kids when they have something that is important to them and they see a grandparent or two or three or four or seven and the aunts and uncles (I am including you too Amanda). They have such a priceless smile when they see their cheering section! It is fun to go to school things and to need a whole row because so many people love these kids and are cheering for them, supporting them, and rooting them on. I love that they will always know how special they are and that they will know the family they are from, the people whose names they carry, and that they can be proud of that. I love how supportive and helpful everyone is for Jay and I. We have such insane schedules and there is no way we would be able to get things done and to be where we are if we didn't have all the amazing help! Even just the phone calls are great. I love when the kids are so excited about something and can't wait to start calling people. It is just such an amazing blessing to have so many people around.

Now I just have to figure out how to get my brothers closer...
