So I just sent Jay an email and realized that I made a grammatical error (which I absolutely HATE) but this time it struck me as funny. Jay had forgotten something at home today so I emailed and offered to drop it by his car today for him. He replied to my email saying that he had been starting to dial my phone number to ask me about this thing he forgot. So, I replied with the following:
"Man, I messed up my chance at a phone call?? Crap, delete email, call wife!"
It should have read:
"Man, I messed up my chance at a phone call?? Crap! Delete email, call wife!"
Oops! See, that simple change makes it go from an instruction to an exclamation! Guess I blanked out on elementary English lessons!!
Just made me laugh and thought it might make someone else laugh today.
