Last year, us Bartletts started a new tradition (based on Michelle's inspired idea). We took stuffed animals to Kadlec Medical Center (the hospital here in Richland) and were able to deliver the dolls to children at the hospital. It was an amazing experience for all of us. The kids worked extra around the house to earn money to buy stuffed animals, we had grandparents and other family members who donated money or stuffed animals to us, and we even got Target to help us out!!! We are going to do this again. We have decided to take our stuffed animals to Kennewick General Hospital this year. We have already had some stuffed animals brought to us and are so excited to bring some kindness to more people!!

This is such a great thing for us to do with the kids, to really emphasize the importance of helping others, instead of focusing on what they want to get. We have so much to be thankful for and are more grateful still to be able to help others!!!!
