Christy's birthday

Well, yesterday was my birthday. The girls were very sweet. They made me pictures and sang to me all day long. Some friends from church brought over a lot of goodies! Jay got me a book. Things were great except for the fact that I was sick! All those goodies and I couldn't eat any of them! Instead of going out to dinner Jay ended up taking the kids down to the high school gym for summer basketball practice. He was breifly chastised for being there because he had already said that he would be gone because of my birthday. They were surprised to see him there until he explained that I was home sick and that I was okay with them all being gone! We have postponed my birthday until some time when we can go out and celebrate, who knows when that will be! When I have more energy I will post a video of the girls singing to me.
