The hardest part of this whole process has been doing everything that had to be done to get our house on the market. The closer we got to being ready, the more stuff we found to do. It is so frustrating how long it takes to do the little stuff! We finally have our house listed and it feels so nice!! It was put into the MLS system and we got a call within an hour or so asking for a showing tomorrow!! That was exciting! I don't have any clue if the showing will lead to a sale but at least we can hopefully get feedback from the buyer about what they thought and do what we can to show the house better each time. We are just keeping our fingers crossed and our hopes up and looking forward to each new step!
