So, we are just in waiting mode right now and it is a hard place to be!! We had someone scheduled to come see our house last week but the realtor's client apparently doesn't want to be in "old Richland" so they never came. Now we are just waiting!! I realize that we have given ourselves a fair amount of time to sell this house and that it just takes finding one right person for this house but I just wish that someone would hurry up and want this house!! It hasn't even been a full week but it feels like it has been so long!! (Can you tell I have struggling with patience right now??)
We have also been waiting for them to start digging the foundation on our new house but that hasn't happened yet either! They have marked out our lot so I can look and see where thinks are going to be and I must say it all looks SO SMALL!!! I have been warned however that it will look small until about the sheetrock stage!!! I can't imagine how they will fit our house, driveway, garage, and yard in that space but I don't have to imagine it, I just have to wait (there's that word again) and let them do their job!!!
So, here's to waiting... (and hopefully some patience with it)!!
